Allison B. Randolph, III

Allison B. Randolph, III is President and owner of ABR, III & Associates, LLC, a consulting firm that assists clients in general entrepreneurship, management and marketing strategies, financial management, human resource management, information technology, business plan development, and a host of other business development needs.  Mr. Randolph is also a principle in Innovative Marine Services, LLC, an oil field service company specializing in cleaning drilling fluid mud tanks for the oil and gas exploration industry.  He served as District Director of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Louisiana District Office and Deputy District Director of the SBA’s New Jersey District Office.  He earned a BS degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Xavier University and an MBA from the University of New Orleans, specializing in Marketing and Economics.  He is a prior commissioner having served on the New Orleans City Planning Commission and previously a board member of the Urban League of Greater New Orleans.
