Ten Million Dollar Issue
Under the ten million dollar small issue exemption, industrial
development bonds may be issued in a principal amount not to exceeding ten million dollars
for the acquisition, construction, reconstruction or improvements of land or property of a
character subject to the allowance for depreciation. Like the one million dollar small
issuance, bonds issued under the ten million dollar small issue may not be used to finance
inventory or working capital.
